Thanks. Honestly, I still lurk on a fairly regular basis. Seems like there is a good balance around here right now so I'll jump in for awhile.

BTW, gonna be in CA a few times over the next couple of months. It will probably stir up a desire to live. Never have lived there but absolutely fell in love with the San Jose area.
