Figured I would just comment on this. I think you have read to much into the name. The UPCI has experienced the Pentecostal experience, hence Pentecostal is relevant.

United Pentecostal Church, Inc. is the name of an organization of a group of ministers, or a preachers' union if you want to call it that. It is not the name of a church. They have organized for specific purposes. They are not the church. The church is much larger than the organization.
