How far off scriptural truth does it have to be before a teaching is considered heresy?

I don't know exactly where the line is, either, but I do think that once something else begins getting the glory and worship that belongs to God.... it's crossed the line.

When people start putting more faith in the power of their hair than they do in Jesus.... that's a problem.

I agree. Just want to add one little thing: Or when an evangelist's pet topic is outward holiness and he addresses this subject more than he does the saving grace of Jesus Christ.
