If you need an attorney to answer a question like that then maybe it is time to change professions.

I remember NA Urshan preaching at our camp meeting back in the 1980s. He went out of his way at one point to essentially tell everyone that LS "was" gay but that he had been delivered... "... such were
some of you..." and etc.
Throughout the 1990s LS used to always travel with a younger preacher as an apparent mentoring gig. I had a friend who was among those and he never once has even hinted at LS behaving in any untoward fashion.
If LS was a "practicing" ... well, a "practicing"
anything, I'm certain he would have been outed long ago. Instead, what do we have? We've got some rather loony teachings and irresponsible statements. LS has given his critics plenty of public "indiscretions" without our resorting to imagined private misdeeds.
Let's keep hammering him on his fake credentials, Holy Magic Hair and his grossly irresponsible statements. Who knows? If NA Urshan was right, the guy is capable of repentance. Maybe he'll turn things around on these issues as well.
But you are right about the "lawyer" thing. That seems to have been a bit over the top. And, if it did involve Jim Yohe, it was too long ago to have involved Boora.
