Re: Wedding rings

We have them, but don't wear them much because they need to be resized. I put mine on a few months ago, and thought I was going to have to get it cut off (the ring, not my finger). My finger turned purple for the day that I had it on. That did make me claustrophobic for sure. WD40 and Windex did the trick after about an hour of painful work.

Re: Wedding rings

Some people have a three ring marriage:
1. engagement ring
2. wedding ring
3. suffer ring

Love is a dream, marriage is the alarm clock!

Re: Wedding rings

a wedding ring is supposed to be tight enough to cut off circulation.

Re: Wedding rings

I dunno about the ring/band thing. I dreamed of my wedding ring when I was a little girl and gazed longingly at my mothers. My husband and I bought rings and our pastor said he would not do a ring ceremony (although he did one for someone else a few years later). If you recall, my husband and I were basically told we needed to get married because we were living together and just joined the UPC. So, with no family present, we got married a few weeks later. We sold the rings we bought at a pawn shop two weeks after the wedding. I have a little band now. It's not the ring I dreamed of. Maybe someday, when we get our business built, I'll get one.
