ACTS 10:47 would indicate that the Gentiles that received the baptism of The Holy Ghost,received it in the same manner as those in ACTS 2:4.

I agree with this video.
The gentleman in this video states that tongues is AN evidence of the Holy Ghost. I certainly agree with no reservation that tongues can be an evidence of receiving the Holy Ghost.
He speaks of tongues as an evidence of the Holy Ghost and he says "It's not the only evidence of the Holy Spirit"
He ends by saying that tongues functions as an initial outward evidence that someone has received the Holy Spirit.
I don't disagree with this at all.

How did they know that The Gentiles had received The Baptism Of The Holy Ghost in ACTS 10 ?
Could ACTS 10:46 tell us something about this ?
