The release of Romney's tax reports would be in line with most if not all the other Presidential candidates that have run before him.
The Bain capital stuff is relevant if he is lying about his involvment in a firm whose decisions affected the livelihood of potentially millions of Americans.
How does knowing that President Obama's grades matter at all in any of this?

It matters because rumors says he wrote very socialist views but until he releases them we don't know. I for one don't anyone with that kind of mindset running a free nation. ( we are quickly losing our freedom)

Do you realize that his transcripts are not going to contain what he wrote, but only his grades?
Even if the Obama of his youth was a card-carrying Young Republican, you wouldn't vote for him today.
So ultimately, it doesn't matter to you what his grades were or what he wrote.
It doesn't matter to anyone who's asking for this junk. There is NOTHING altruistic about it.
However, Romney's willfull business decisions could very well cost millions of middle-class, blue collar jobs. He's denying it though.
He still should release his tax records, just like every other person running for President in the past has done.
There isn't a Pesidential candidate that I know of who was forced to revisit the days of his youth and dig up the essays they wrote in the years of their naievete, neither has it been a requirement historically to release your college and graduate school trascripts.

I really would like Romney to answer the 35 questions. There are Republicans who say he should have taken care of this or been prepared ahead of time. Sometimes the GOP just looks stupid and embarrassing. Answer the questions and put it to rest or look like you are hiding something - it's only two choices.
I'm not willing to elect another president like that - Romney nor Obama.
I want transparency from BOTH candidates.

well you aint gonna get it from bama so dream on

Uh.........how forthcoming has Obama been about his past? College records still not released? When Obama releases everything, then we can talk about Romney. Romney is running for office. Obama IS in the office. Probably the least vetted President in history.

It's immaterial. This election will be a referendum on Obama, period. He's going to lose, and lose by historic margins. They want to talk about irrelevant issues like Bain because they have nothing to run on the past 4 years. It's the economy stupid. And the economy stinks. And Obama and his Chicago machine made it worse. Come November Americans will send them all packing.

I can't say I disagree with the mindset-- especially if my only goal was to get Obama out of office. However, that's not my goal. There's no reason to get Obama out of office to replace him with someone who is inconsistent and unpredictable.
Romney will never have my support, regardless of his VP pick.

He won't need your support. He'll beat Obama in November like a drum...
