Re: RNC convention

Isn't it ironic that for a party that is supposed to hate women and minorities we have heard from Republican women who are;

1. The first female Hispanic Governor in the history of our country (Susana Martinez of NM)
2. The first Black female Secretary of State - Condi Rice
3. A female of Indian descent who is the Governor of SC - Nikki Haley

In addition to those women the Republican Governor of Louisiana is of Indian descent.

Oh, not speaking at this convention but a part of history are the first woman appointed to the United States Supreme Court, Sandra Day O'Connor - appointed by a Republican President - Ronald Reagan and the first female Hispanic Treasurer of the United States, Katherine Ortega. Also appointed by Ronald Reagan.

Democrats talk the talk but Republicans walk the walk! We don't care about your race or gender, just your competence.

Re: RNC convention

I thought Paul Ryan gave an excellent speech tonight. Should give undecided independents who tuned in a lot to think about.
