Re: Facts, Lies or Truth About Healthy Living?
Our Mennonite friends are not able to carry unpasteurized raw milk; however, there is a local farm that uses the lowest amount of pasteurization allowed and it is about as close to raw milk as you can get around here. The milk sells at $6.00 gallon.

Flash pasteurization is good.

Re: Facts, Lies or Truth About Healthy Living?
The milk tastes awesome. Very rich and creamy. I guess it is just about as good as we can get it here, and I won't complain. My kids like drinking milk with Ovaltine.
Weird - the advertisement to the right of my screen is advertising a coupon for free milk... lol!
It is kind of freaky how everything we do and say online is being watched by "somebody"!

Eerie, really. Makes me want to clear my cookies. But then that makes me want a drink of milk. And I don't need Ovaltine this late at night. Sigh....

Awesome!! Last night, we had venison roast, carrots out of our garden, fried squash out of our garden, corn grown by a local gardener, fresh tomatoes out of a local garden, and mashed potatoes. There weren't many leftovers

Re: Facts, Lies or Truth About Healthy Living?
My breakfast consisted of a green smoothie - kale from a local garden, carrots from my garden, blueberries from a local garden, a pear, almond milk, and chia seeds. This smoothie keeps my appetite at bay for most of the day, and lately I've only been eating one other meal a day. I am really enjoying my NutriBullet!!!!
