Aquila no matter what our differences of opinion may be, your posts are very pleasant. Every time we had a discourse in the past, your posts are very pleasing to read, and so nice. Even if I disagree with every word (which I'm not saying I do) the posting has been quite enjoyable.
The Lord bless you in Jesus name.
P.S. Islam is not mentioned once in our Bibles. But more of that later.

Thank you for your compliments. I truly enjoy reading your posts too. And, I tend to agree more than one might think.

Islam may not be... but the enmity between the descendants of Jacob (Israel) and Esau and the Arabs (Edomites, Moabites, Amonites) is. And while Islam isn't mentioned specifically, I find it interesting, as a Christian, in this study is that the Islamic Messiah, the “al-Mahdi”, is believed to do almost exactly what Futurist Christian Eschatology claims the Antichrist will do. Here’s a short listing of what the Antichrist will do according to the Bible:
• The Antichrist will be an unparalleled political, military and religious leader in the Last Days (Rev 13:1-9).
• The Bible says that the people of this world will be amazed and will follow the Beast (Rev 13:3,7). Many Christians believe that this is most probably after certain miracles have been performed and certain victories have been attained. The Bible describes him to have suffered a fatal wound, but was healed, thereby causing many people to marvel and follow him. Another reason is the Antichrist's military genius in conducting warfare.
• The Bible describes the Antichrist Empire as a resurrection of one or more of the seven Empires that preceded it (Rev 17:9-11). When the Apostle John recorded the Book of Revelations, the Empire at the time was the Roman Empire, the 6th Empire ("one is"), and one more was yet to come, which will stay for a considerable period of time. (Rev 17:10). The eighth and final Empire before the End of the World is from the seven, but it is not the Roman Empire (Rev 17:11).
• The Bible describes that ten nations will come under the rule of the Antichrist, and he "will subdue three nations" (Dan 7:24). Here, "nations" may not necessarily be the countries we know today. These ten "nations" will form the basis of his Empire, from which he will then seek to subdue the rest of the world.
• The Bible also describes some of the lands the Beast will lead (Dan 11:42, Ezek 38):
o Egypt, which he will attack and subdue (Dan 11:42).
o Meschek and Tubal (most likely parts of Turkey, parts of Southern Russia, parts of Iran),
o Magog (a region convering parts of either Syria and/or former Soviet Republics of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, Afghanistan, Chechnya, Turkey, Iran, Dagestan),
o Persia (Modern Iran)
o Cush (African Cush covers parts of Egypt, Sudan, Ethiopia. Asian Cush covers Arabia through Euphrates),
o Put (Libya),
o Gomer (Cappadocia, Turkey),
o Togarmah (southeastern part of Turkey near Syria)
o Babylon (Modern Iraq. The Euphrates River in Iraq is also mentioned together with the two Beasts in Rev 16:12-13), Basically, this is the region spanning N. Africa, Arabia, Syria, Turkey, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan and Central Asian Islamic Republics (the various -stans). All are MUSLIM dominated nations. The Bible says that these nations will then come together and attack the land of Israel.
• The Beast's Empire will combine characteristics of three previous Empires (Rev 13:2). The three empires described symbolically are: o Babylon (symbolized by lion),
o Medo-Persian (symbolized by bear) and
o Greece (symbolized by leopard). If we combine the three Empires, we again get almost the same geographic areas as above.
• The Bible describes the Antichrist as ruling for seven years (Dan 9:27).
• The Beast will appear from the region occupied by the Seleucid Empire, one of the four that the Greek Empire founded by Alexander the Great was broken up into after his death (Dan 8:8-9). This region spans from the Aegean Sea to Afghanistan. The region is Islamic today.
• He has a stern look (Dan 8:23) - probably means intimidating. He will be a master of intrigue - that means highly intelligent. Some say that he will look like an angel of light (2 Cor 11:14) - probably means that he behaves religiously and/or has good looks and/or that there is light or glow on his face.
• The ten nations are such that "They have one purpose, and they will give their power and authority to the beast." (Rev 17:13). This means that except for the subduing of the three nations, the rest of the league of ten nations will willingly give their right to govern their countries to the Antichrist. Also they will rule with the Beast for a short season (Rev 17:12).
• The Revelation states that "he was given a crown." (Rev 6:2), indicating that he was not of royalty, nor one that attempts to gain power at first. Instead, he was somehow persuaded to take up his rule.
• He will come riding on a white horse and conquering (Rev 6:2).
• The Antichrist will have the treasures of Egypt, Libya, Nubians (Northern Sudan, Southern Egypt) to give to his followers (Dan 11:43). All are Islamic states.
• He will distribute plunder, loot and wealth among his followers (Dan 11:24). He will distribute land (Dan 11:39).
• The Bible says that the Antichrist will enter peaceably the "richest province" (Dan 11:24). Note that in Hebrew, "richest" comes from the word "shiman" meaning fat, oil, grease. The Hebrew word for "province" is "Medinah".
• He will make a treaty with many (likely Israel and possibly the West) for 7 years (Dan 9:27).
• He will break the treaty when the time is ripe; he is said to terminate the sacrifice in the middle of the seven years (Dan 9:27).
• The Antichrist "by peace shall destroy many" (Dan 8:25), indicating an empty promise of global peace.
• He will invade Judea and desecrate the Temple Mount (Dan 9:27; 11:31; 12:11). Jesus also alluded to this prophecy (Matthew 24:15) in His famous discourse on the End-Times in (Matthew 24).
• The Beast will set himself up in the temple on the Temple Mount and exalts himself there (2 Thess 2:4).
• The Bible says that the Antichrist will have a prominent assistant who will help him (Rev 13:11-17). The Bible calls this assistant the Second Beast (symbolic of a person, not interpreted as literally an animal) or the False Prophet.
• The Second Beast is a religious figure to bring in a global religion (Rev 13).
• The deputy is subordinate to the First Beast and will support him and deceive people to follow the First Beast (Rev 13:21).
• The 2nd Beast will have horns that look like a lamb's but speak like a dragon (Rev 13:11). Lamb in the Bible obviously refers to Jesus who takes away the sin of the world (John 1:29, 1:35-36). Horns in Biblical symbolism often represent power and authority. Thus, we see that the second Beast will claim to be Jesus and exercise power (eg. miracles) and authority in his name, but is in reality not the Biblical Jesus. The dragon is the father of lies (John 8:44). That means the second Beast will employ lies to help the 1st Beast and bring about the new Empire. Lying will be allowed to bring about the desired results.
• Jesus alluded that an imposter will be accepted as the biblical Jesus (John 5:43).
• The two beasts will have a powerful army to dominate the world and create a new world order (Rev 13:7).
• Together, they will institute a global religion over the whole world (Rev 13:8,15). The second beast is the religious leader that will help the first beast institute and enforce this new religion.
• There will arise from the Euphrates (modern Iraq) an army of 200 million (Rev 9:14-16). This does not mean that they are all from that region, but could be a gathering of people, and it also does not mean that that is the size of the army of the first Beast.
• The Bible says that people will worship the person behind the Beast because power was given to the Beast (Rev 13:14). People will say, "Who is like the beast? Who can make war against him?" (Rev 13:14).
• They will change existing laws (Dan 7:25).
• They will change the calendar system (Dan 7:25).
• The Beasts will persecute the Jews and Christians, and will be allowed to win over them (Dan 7:2, 8:24; Rev 13:7,10).
• The Bible says that the Antichrist will attack Israel (Dan 11:41).
• The world will attack Israel. "Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of drunkenness to all the surrounding peoples, when they lay siege against Judah and Jerusalem." (Zechariah 12:2. Also Ezekiel 38).
• They (and his deputy below) will attack and conquer Jerusalem (Dan 9:26).
• The Bible says that those who refuse to follow the new world religion will be killed (Rev 20:4, 13:10).
• They will use beheading as a means to execute those who do not follow them (Rev 20:4, 13:10).
• The False Prophet will require a mark on people's head or hand so that they can buy or sell (Rev 13:17). As the False Prophet is the religious leader of the new world order, his system of marking obviously distinguishes between those who are submitted to the world religion and order, and against those who are not.
• The Second Beast will be able to perform miracles (Rev 13:13).
• The Bible prophesies that many Christians will turn away from the biblical faith (2 Thess 2:3, Matthew 24:10-13, 1 Tim 4:1-2, 2 Tim 4:3-4). In Luke 18:8, Jesus asked poignantly, "when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on earth?".
• There will be the use of lies in the world religion (2 John 1:7, Rev 13:11, 14, 19:20) – probably in order to win over people and to rule them.
• The Bible describes Two Witnesses at the End Times (Rev 11:1-14).
• The Witnesses will work many miracles. "And if anyone wants to harm them, fire proceeds from their mouth and devours their enemies. And if anyone wants to harm them, he must be killed in this manner. These have power to shut heaven, so that no rain falls in the days of their prophecy; and they have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to strike the earth with all plagues, as often as they desire." (Rev 11:5-6), and "these two prophets tormented those who dwell on the earth." (Rev 11:10).
• The Witnesses will wear sackcloth, signifying repentance and atonement. Atonement in Hebrew is Kippur, from the root word kpr (in Hebrew f and p are the same letter, the latter being a hardening of sound of the former).
• The Witnesses will be killed by the Beast and the whole world will see their bodies without burial for three and a half days (Rev 11:8).
• The Witnesses will be killed in Israel, "And their dead bodies will lie in the street of the great city which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified." (Rev 11:8).
• At the death of the Witnesses', the world will rejoice and send each other gifts (Rev 11:10).
• The Witnesses will rise from the dead three days later and ascend into Heaven for the entire world to see (Rev 11:11).
• Three unclean spirits gather the armies of the world for the great day of God Almighty (Rev 16:13-14).
• The ten nation confederacy turns on the Antichrist and destroys his capital (Jerusalem) upon realizing he is an imposter (Rev 17:16-18).
• The Antichrist confronts Christ in the valley of Armageddon (Rev 19:1).
• The Antichrist and the False Prophet are taken with their armies by the angels led by Christ Jesus as he descends from Heaven (Revelation 19:20-21)
• According to the Bible, the Antichrist denies that Jesus is the Christ, denies the Son and the Father, ie. Father-Son relationship between God and Jesus (1 John 2:21-23, 4:3), denies that Jesus came in the flesh, i.e. God came in flesh (1 John 4:2-3, 2 John 1:7). All of the above Scriptures tell us plainly what the Antichrist will do. I find it interesting that Islam teaches an “anti-parallelism”, describing the Islamic “savior” as doing the very things attributed to the biblical Antichrist according to Futurism.

Re: Brother Irvin Baxter Jr Endtime Magazine
Here is a list breaking down what Islam teaches about this coming “savior”:
• Muslims expect that during the end times, a Muslim leader will rise to power that they call the al-Mahdi, meaning "The Guided One". He will become the leader of all the Muslims and will wage jihad against the rest of the world. He will bring the entire world under Islam. This means his kingdom will be world-wide and his accomplishments will surpass all the great Empires in history. Thus, he will be the unparalleled ruler over the whole world.
• Regarding al-Mahdi, the Hadiths say that "The inhabitants of Heaven and Earth will be pleased with him." and "Allah will sow love of him in the chests of the people". This means al-Mahdi will be a leader much loved and followed by the world, either through voluntary allegiance or because of being subdued through jihad. Thus, it is al-Mahdi will be a charismatic and attractive person that can command the love of the world.
• The large world Empire that came after the Romans is of course the Islamic Empire, beginning at the time of Muhammad in the 7th century. Within a few decades, it captured the entire Northern Africa, Persia and reached Constantinople (modern day Istanbul), the capital of the Eastern Roman Empire. The Muslims fought many wars with the Romans until the latter fell in 1453. While the Islamic Empire could actually be divided into the Ummayyad, Abbassid, and Ottoman Empires, they were essentially still Islamic empires. With the end of the Ottoman Caliphate in 1923, the existence of an Islamic Caliphate came to an end. However, near the end of the world, Muslims are expecting the al-Mahdi to appear to restore the Islamic Caliphate. While this revived Caliphate may have nothing to do with the Ottoman Caliphate, it is significant that it will definitely be an Islamic Caliphate.
• Muslims expect the al-Mahdi (together with Isa) to unify and rule over all Muslims, and thus all Islamic nations. Even though Muhammad said in the hadiths that Muslims are to pledge their allegiance to al-Mahdi when he is revealed, it is conceivable that some Muslims leaders will not want to recognize him. This may cause him to want to attack and subdue those Muslim nations that do not recognize him. However, it is very likely that the people of those nations will give their allegiance to al-Mahdi. Once he has united the Muslims, the al-Mahdi is said to then wage a global jihad against other (non-Muslim) nations and bring the entire world under Islam.
• Al-Mahdi will rule for seven years (some hadiths say 8 or 9, but the majority says seven). Some Muslims say that the seven years is the amount of time it takes for the jihad against the rest of the world prior to the Day of Judgment.
• The hadiths indicate that a Muslim leader will appear with an army from Khorasan (Greater Khorasan includes north eastern Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan and the Central Asian Islamic Republics.), so it could be one of these regions or countries. This army will come to aid the al-Mahdi. "The world will not come to an end," said Muhammad, "until a man from my family (Ahlulbayt) and of my name shall be master of the world, When you see a green ensign coming from the direction of Khorasan, then join them, for the Imam of God will be with the standards who will be called Al-Mahdi." Other hadiths say that he will come with black flags.
• The hadiths describe al-Mahdi as having a handsome look with broad forehead and a prominent nose, with an Arab complexion, but looks like a Jew (Children of Israel), "imposing and hardy". His face will be like a glittering star.
• Muslims are commanded by Muhammad to give allegiance to al-Mahdi when he appears, "even if [they were to] crawl over ice". This means that some Muslim leaders, if they are good Muslims, will willingly give their allegiance and governance to al-Mahdi.
• The hadiths say that al-Mahdi originally denies that he is the one Muslims are waiting for, and will try to escape but the knowledgeable people will search for him. Finally people will pledge allegiance to him. Once his identity is revealed, all Muslims are to pledge allegiance to him.
• Some Muslims also think that al-Mahdi will be coming on a white horse and conquering, using the same passage (Rev 6:2) to justify it.
• The hadiths say that there will be a treaty with the Romans for seven years (the last of 4 such treaties). This appears to coincide with the reign of al-Mahdi. Muslims say this treaty is through a "Son of Aaron" (a Levite). It should be noted that the 10 year Treaty of Hudaibiya, that Muhammad was forced to sign with the Meccans, was broken. Two years later, when the Muslims had become a much stronger force, Muhammad broke the treaty on a minor infraction.
• Al-Mahdi and Isa are supposed to usher an era of peace as the whole world follows Islam. However, this also involves killing all those who refuse to accept Islam (Isa will "kill the swine, break the Cross, and abolish the Jizya tax" ... so Isa will accept nothing except Islam from the Christians). This means those who refuse to follow al-Mahdi and Isa will be faced with death.
• The hadiths say that the al-Mahdi will enter into the al-Aqsa Mosque on the Temple Mount and re-establish the Caliphate.
• Muslims believe that Jerusalem will be the center and headquarters of the future Islamic Caliphate. For example, the head of the northern faction of the Islamic Movement Sheikh Raed Salah addressed an audience of 50,000 in September 2006 that "…soon Jerusalem will be the capital of the new Muslim caliphate, and the caliph's seat will be there." (Ynet News article) Imam Ahmad, Al-Hakim and Abu Dawud quoted 'Abdullah Ibn Zughb Al- Ibadi who heard from 'Abdullah Ibn Hawwala Al- Azdi that: "The Prophet put his hand on my head, and then said: 'Ibn Hawwala, if you see that the Caliphate has taken its abode in the holy land, then the earthquake, the tribulations and great events are at hand, and the Last Hour on that day will be closer to people than my hand is to your head." (Ahmad ibn Hanbal, Musnad. also Abu Dawud). Ibn Sa'd quoted 'Abd Al-Rahman Ibn Abi 'Umayra al-Mazni, "There will be an oath of allegiance according to guidance in Jerusalem." (ibn Hanbal, Musnad)
• Muslims expect the coming of Isa (the Muslim version of Jesus). The Hadiths say that Isa will help slay the ad-Dajjal (Muslim version of Antichrist) and then help al-Mahdi to set up the global Islamic Caliphate.
• The hadiths say that Isa will "make the religion of Allah prevail in the world."
• The hadiths say that Isa will submit himself to the authority of the al-Mahdi (eg. he asks al-Mahdi to lead in prayer), etc. He will assist al-Mahdi to set up Islamic religion over the whole world.
• Isa is the Muslim version of the biblical Jesus. Muslims believe that Isa is a human prophet, but not Son of God, and that he did not die on the cross. Muslims believe that Isa is now in heaven and will return to help the al-Mahdi to set up the Islamic Caliphate. It is said that he will "correct the falsities introduced into Christianity" -- perhaps by claiming that he is not God and that he was in heaven all along and has now returned to turn the world to Islam. Islam allows the use of lying to achieve some of its goals. The hadiths say that lying is allowed under certain circumstances, one of which is when in a state of war. Muhammad also allowed his followers to lie in order to get his enemies killed. If Isa were to follow the Sunnah of Muhammad, then lying is an acceptable means to deal with the enemies in order to establish the Caliphate.
• Isa will be accepted as Jesus. This is of course in the context of Islam. TO BE CONTINUED...

Re: Brother Irvin Baxter Jr Endtime Magazine
CONTINUED...
• The number of Muslims today is somewhere between 1.4 to 1.6 billion. Al-Mahdi will wage jihad against the rest of the world. Hadiths describe an army into the hundreds of millions in number.
• Al-Mahdi and Isa will direct people to worship Allah. Al-Mahdi and Isa will be very successful in their jihad against the world ... so that all the world will be under Islam.
• The hadiths clearly say that al-Mahdi will institute Shar'ia over the entire world. Shar'ia is Islamic law.
• The al-Mahdi will use the Islamic calendar as he implements the Shar'ia and call on subdued nations to use the Islamic calendar.
• Since the Jizya tax will be abolished under Isa and al-Mahdi, the "protection" of Christianity under Islamic rule is longer allowed. "Isa will accept nothing except Islam from the Jews and Christians." That means the only acceptable response from a Christian is either to become a Muslim or be killed.
• The hadiths say that al-Mahdi and his followers will attack the Jews. The first group will of course be the ad-Dajjal and his Jewish followers who stage a revolt against the al-Mahdi in Jerusalem. Muhammad said: “The last hour would not come unless the Muslims will fight against the Jews and the Muslims would kill them until the Jews would hide themselves behind a stone or a tree and a stone or a tree would say: Muslim, or the servant of Allah, there is a Jew behind me; come and kill him;” (Sahih Muslim Book 041, Number 6985).
• The al-Mahdi, will lead many nations to attack Israel.
• Muslims tell us that when the al-Mahdi comes, "At that time, the only two options for humanity will be to embrace Islam or die.”
• Muhammad had the males of the entire tribe of Banu Qurayza beheaded after he defeated them. The Qur'an says: “When you meet the unbelievers, smite their necks, then, when you have made wide slaughter among them, tie fast the bonds; then set them free, either by grace or ransom, till the war lays down its loads. So it shall be; and if God had willed, He would have avenged Himself upon them; but that He may try some of you by means of others. And those who are slain in the way of God, He will not send their works astray.” (Surah 47:4, 8:12) Beheading is the mandated form of execution for those who do not submit to the Islam.
• Some Muslims claim that the al-Mahdi that will force a mark on every person to distinguish between a Muslim and a non-Muslim. The Muslim's face will then shine while that of a non-Muslim will become black. Others claim that it is the mark of performing salat, as a sign of piety. (The marking of believers is a good thing in Islam.)
• A hadith says, "At the end of the time of my Ummah, the Mahdi will appear. Allah will grant him rain, the earth will bring forth its fruits, he will give a lot of money, cattle will increase and the Muslim Ummah will become great." They teach that Jesus performed many miracles the first time He was on earth, so when Isa arrives, it is likely that Isa will perform miracles in order that people will believe that the al-Mahdi is indeed the “Guided One” sent by GOD (Allah).
• Under al-Mahdi, the Jizya tax will be abolished and the Cross broken. Given that the Jizya tax will be abolished, the fate of Christians can only be one of the two: become a Muslim or be executed. It is easily conceivable that a number of Christians will become Muslims in such a scenario. This has been poignantly illustrated in the kidnapping of Fox News journalists Steve Centarini and Olaf Wiig in August 2006, who were forced to convert to Islam under gun-point.
• Lying is acceptable, even among Muslims (eg. to effect reconciliation).
• The Hadiths describe ad-Dajjal at the End Times. Muslims believe that ad-Dajjal will work many miracles, deceive many people, and cause great suffering and torment in the world. Also, Muslims believe that Yajug and Majuj (Gog and Magog) and their followers will "cause great devastation to the earth and Muslims". Muhammad told his followers to beware of the "trial of ad-Dajjal". Muhammad broke out in sweating and trembling at times when he had visions of ad-Dajjal.
• Muslims believe that ad-Dajjal has the letters kfr on his head, which all Muslims can recognize and therefore identify him as ad-Dajjal. They will then be able to avoid him.
• Isa is expected to kill ad-Dajjal, and usher a new era of world-wide Islam. As Muslims who die are supposed to be buried as soon as possible, Isa orders that the ad-Dajjal and his followers not be buried and their bodies lay in the street as a sign of punishment.
• According to Muslim expectations, Isa will kill the ad-Dajjal at the Gate of Ludd (Lod in Israel, near Tel Aviv). At the same time, his followers (a Jewish army numbering into the thousands) will also lose their lives.
• Given that ad-Dajjal is a negative figure in Islam (tormenting the Muslims), Muslims around the world rejoice and celebrate at the death of ad-Dajjal.
• Islam specifically denies the central beliefs of Christianity. It denies
that Jesus is God (i.e., Father-Son relationship of God and Jesus)
that Jesus came in the flesh (since Muslims deny that Jesus is God)
and that Jesus died on the Cross for the sins of mankind (Islam believes that Jesus was not crucified on the cross, but someone else was).

They are all assimilated into the Arab peoples today.

Oh, we get hit first scenario?
Ah yes, science fiction and dystopian future, in the even slightest event that someone is able to fire a bottle rocket without out NORAD knowing then ICBMs would automatically launch towards the attacking position. So, even before the Masih ad-Dajjal can even blink his one good eye, the Mahdi, and all the other bad guys will be crisper than charred bacon left on the grill for an hour. Sizzle, sizzle, sizzle.

Aquila what you are describing isn't reality. Especially after 9/11 the United States is in eternal lock down. Meaning that she has more things set in place to keep track of every eyelash flicker, so if someone gets overly zealous to send a ICBM to Yonah Schimmel’s Knish Bakery, our defense system goes right to DEFCON 1 then the Empire will strike back. Unleashing weaponry of unbelievable accuracy and devastation. Your Mahdi will have now entered a world of hurt raining down upon him. Leaving nothing more than a greasy spot.

Wait, you all of a sudden are back to something reasonable like maybe some Muslim country attacking Israel? Instead of Super Muslim Messiah Antichrist?
Listen, you see what happened to Gaza when some Qassam rocket spiral their way towards Israel. Beat down and boot stomping. Could you imagine if Super Muslim shows up armed with an arsenal that would make any world despot salivate? The Israelis would unleash the Borg, with big smiles on their faces incinerate anything that twitches under the sun.

Sadly in reality, it is even easier than that.

Yes, indeed I know, the ramifications if Super Muslim even had the thought of launching his android assassins from Mecca. The last thing he would feel is a snap as the bullet ripped through his cranium fired from a sniper's rifle outside his palace.

That is when Iron Man would be sent to unleash death and destruction from above.

Yes because the Mahdi will be trapped within the Phantom Zone with General Zod.

But of course!

And the only thing that can stop it from happening would be to convert ever Muslim on the planet... or ... rewrite over a thousand years of Islamic eschatology.
Of course, I don't know for certain if this is the Beast of the last days. My point is... we've NEVER seen this kind of enemy or potential player on the stage of prophecy.

The Mahdi and the Masih ad-Dajjal aren't even close to the Beast of Revelation. They fit as much as Hitler, Mussolini, or Hillary Clinton. Your words "NEVER seen this kind of enemy or potential player" That was parroted every time a crisis was presented by a scary world leader. While the Mongol Hordes stormed down upon Europe from one direction, the Vikings from another, and the Muslims from yet another. People believed their end would surely come. So they searched for a dark figure, messenger of Satan, the Antichrist. Again, same old devil, different dress.

They could of all assimilated into Arabs, Europeans, and Africans. Yet, they are NOT Edomites, Moabites, Amonites. You are talking thousands of years of groups being conquered and absolutely wiped off the face of the earth. Edomites, Moabites, Amonites cannot be called Arabs. So, prophecy directed at those groups mean nothing for Arabs today. It is pretty irresponsible for anyone to use those groups and label Arabs to be Edomites, Moabites, Amonites. As it is to say Modern Jews living today are responsible for the death of Jesus Christ. A modern Jews living today couldn't trace their lineage back to the Middle Ages let alone the time of Christ.

A very eerie statement made by America's top-ranked military officer Army Gen. Martin Dempsey while discussing ISIS: "This is an organization that has an apocalyptic, end-of-days strategic vision and which will eventually have to be defeated," http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2014...ground-in-isis... I have a feeling this is only the beginning...
