I would say it was a mater of if they were wanted there. I don't care if people agree with me, or go by what I teach as long as I see a good attitude. To me, they are working out their own salvation. I preach what I wee in the Word of God and if people can't abide by that it is better that they go else where.

If I were attending a church and could abide by what was being preached I would leave and go elsewhere instead of staying there and being in rebellion to the pulpit.

I might add that I have only had about 2 people in 15 years to leave the church I pastor because of the standard preached.

If they don't want to obey the Word, that's God's problem to deal with. They are not doing it to obey me, and when they have their own walk with God, he'll change them if it's really the word.
