I totally believe in woman preachers. My pastor is a woman. Well, it it my aunt. She took over as pastor when my Grandfather passed away. I feel she was the best to take over. However, NO ONE could fill his shoes, no one!! WOMAN PREACHER ROCK IMO!!!!!!!!
" Those that be planted in the house of the LORD shall flourish in the courts
of our God.
"They shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be fat (rich, fertile, green)
and flourishing (fruitful, blooming)
"To shew that the LORD is upright; he is my rock (strength), and there is no
unrighteousness in him.
Ps.1:1 Blessed is the man (human) who walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly,
nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
But their delight is in the law of the LORD and in His law doeth they meditate
day and night. And they shall be like a tree, planted by the rivers of water that
bringeth forth their their fruit in their season. Their leaf shall not wither(dry up)
and whatsoever they doeth shall prosper.( blossom, bud, bloom)
Most of you that would not sit under a woman is because you were not born in pagan darkness and it was not a woman missionary that brought light to your village...drowning men do not care who throws them a rope...
Maybe we should not straighten pictures in burning houses...
You go Sis. Alvear wit yo awesome self! Tell it like it is!!! lol

I'm not trying to sound facetious, but when exactly is it that a woman crosses the line into preaching. Is it when she is holding a microphone (a modern invention),is it the number of people she is talking to?, or is it the building that she happens to be in?
I ask because I don't think anyone would argue that a woman should not spread the gospel. So if she is spreading to one person there is no problem...how many people would she be having to spread it to at once before she crosses the "line"?
I'm not sure that our definition of preaching and the early churches definition of preaching necessarily match. Preaching then was talking to people in houses and other gatherings...not on a pulpit behind a lecturn in a three-piece suit holding a microphone.
My point is that even those who are against women preachers would probably not have a problem with them doing basically what the Apostles themselves did. It's just the pulpit that has become almighty and sacred.
Well, I think if God has called her, she should be able to preach, minister, teach, witness, etc.... wherever and whenever she so chooses. It is God that called her, not man.

Where is his post on Pink shirts and windsor knots? Sound interesting, since I wear both..
I noticed yesterday a group of preachers on our platform...one had a brown and black shirt on, another one a green one, another a red one, another a grey, another a white one etc...I thought , how beautiful...they look, act and dress like Brazilians...I would hate to waste my time trying to make our people into Americans.
And what is wrong with windsor knots?
