Fortunately, I have the pleasure of communicating with him in person on a regular basis.
I would similarly add to CP's disclaimer, I may disagree with what you say but I will defend your right to say it.

Figured that would be covered by the

I've gotta do it..I have to agree. And, I don't get to speak to him in person. I've just communicated enough online to know that what's said here by James Griffon and ChicagoPastor is true. I'm gonna miss DA's posts here, they always made me think and that's a very good thing.

SORRY if you don't like his opinions, but not everyone likes your opinions either.
Dan doesn't hold back when he posts, he doesn't beat around the bush and gladly signs his name to all his posts. He's not ashamed to speak his mind.
It's too bad that got him in trouble.
There are some ultra-cons that are pretty hard when they post against mods or libs and I hope they are held to the same type of standard Dan is being held to.
****disclamier**** I dont agree with everything Dan says, but I respect his right to voice his opinions.

You may see that when the all trinnies are lost thread is locked... lol
You'll find admin is trying to walk a fine line. It's a balancing act, but when push comes to shove, the board leans to the right. Not a condemnation, but an observation.

Speaking for myself alone, I can honestly say that I do NOT read every post on this forum. It's impossible. I have a life. So do the rest of the admin team.
If there are posts you feel are crossing the line, use the report button to draw the attention of the admin team to those posts. They will be reviewed by the admin team, and IF necessary, action will be taken. The action may not always be immediate or swift, due to the process of review-- but if needed, action is taken whether you see it or not. It doesn't matter if the poster is lib, mod, con, ultra lib, ultra con or whatever the other labels are that everyone likes to place on posters.
If you feel action is not taken regarding the posts you refer to, it's more than likely because the admin team isn't here to babysit and we don't go hunting down bad posts.
Did I mention that posters need to Use the report button?

I'm getting the distinct impression that posters should use the report post button.
