I thought it was nationwide ?? It may be in just certain states
but I don't think so. even phone calls are cheaper in the evenings.
There's not as much demand
I always try to do the laundry after 7 pm especially in the summer.
we have to keep the AC for survival and that gets really expensive
not to mention Gas ( as you know)

Well, you made me feel better about my late night laundry, so that counts for something.
I just find it ironic that one jewelry wearing man is condescending to another man for wearing jewelry. LOL!!!

True, but a necklace is not as bad as earrings on a man.
I'm not going to get into a long drawn out debate on this
It's just my personal opinion.
I wouldn't wear either but the piercings are a step further
in the wrong direction IMO
