Islam, what a great example for our discussion. Well, now we know it is okay to beat your wife, (Sura 5:42) since that is a Middle Eastern custom also.

Jason, it's just a modern picture of the custom of men partaking in khat. And the use of khat goes as far back as ancient Egypt. It's not something that's strictly Jewish, Muslim, or Christian. It's just something common in that area of the world and has been for thousands of years.

I've always thought smoking is like playing in traffic. It may not send you to hell but it'll send you to heaven quicker than you planned.
