Folks, it looks like I'll have to address our local Danny Devito look-alike... Can he really represent ALL of AFF?
It's apparant that he does have some avid support, but like the peasants with pitchforks campaign of Pat Buchanan in runs a little shy of broad-based appeal.

So it looks like its neck between "Groovie Hoovie", and "the Carin' Baron"... I am the inventor of this poll, and because the third contender in this race chose to not even make an appearance, he is being disqualified.

Some of us must continue service to the people even while we are favored to fill the higher office...
I remind the good folks out there - this poll has a margin of error of 2 percentage points.

My fellow AFFers! In the spirit of patriotism and unity, I come to you today to share my heart and my vision of a UNIFIED AFF! I have been looking at the polls and recognize, unlike some other candidates, that the wind is not blowing in my direction for president. I am happy to accept that for sake of progress and change. In ensuing back door negotiations, I mean open discussions, an agreement has been reached. It has always been my desire to make a difference and I believe that in this election, I have been able to do that and will continue to be able to do that in the future.
As I stand before you here today, I have come to see and understand that there is one man who is able to unite us and lead us forward into change that we all hope and pray for. Today, with unity and change in mind, I am announcing that I am assigning my delegates to the one man I believe can sweep this body into unity right down to its very embers! So, today, I declare that I am assigning my delegates to the Chimney Party and to the only man who is able to wear the top hat of the presidency, Steven Hoover!!
I ask all of my supporters to rally behind him and give him the support he needs! Hoovie in '08!!!!!!

I am humbled in the confidence the pastor party has placed in me.
In the assembly of the cabinet we will have the finest Attorney General of all. ManofWord will bring the hammer down on the fraud and criminals, making this a safer place for us all.
