I found FCF through Pianoman back in 2004 after staying the weekend with him and his wife.

I surfed for a long time before I spoke up. Then one of my first encounters was with the Bible thumping lady from Oregon (what was her name?). Not long after that I asked WWOD if he had a life because he was always on and we got into it!

This morning I went back to Feb.7, 2007, the day I became a member of
AFF. I had previously been a member of FCF and NFCF, 2004-2007.

Thought it would be interesting to see what my thinking was at the begin-
ing of AFF, now nearing the three year mark, and almost 4300 posts later,
Here's my first thread, dated 2-13-2007.

I was online GNC back in 01 posting with Jim Yohe as Cyclops and then he got banned.. he was just so caustic. Then in 2002 and going through a divorce that was nearly killing me and online was my life… I emailed Newman and asked her if she had heard anything about “Faithchild” aka Jim Yohe from GNC.. he was missing in action since the banning and he didn’t try to get back on the forum. I don’t remember how I contacted him, but I asked if he was still going to do his dream forum “Faithchild”. He said he was just starting it, gave me the link to the small forum where there were a few ministers talking back and forth. Bro. Epley was there and Old Paths and someone named Josh… which I haven’t seen post in a long time… Carpenter was also posting. I read for a long while before posting because it was mostly men.

Then the forum had a big crash and burned… he lost everything. The new forum was started with Michael Fleming as Webmaster.. Jim causing most of the rucus himself debating and posting to his own self. He asked me to help and admin…. wow… what a long time and down a long road it went. I was online posting when Jim also posting online had the heart attack. The forum for Apostolics to speak out was his dream, and I’m glad that others have continued to carry on a place for fellowship with open conversation.
