Should I list off all the commands listed in the New Testament? Are those also associated with salvation?

Ok, you're right. Uncle. Paul was confused when he wrote to the Ephesians. Silly me.

In French's book he documents the existence of nearly 30 million OPs.

The qualifying questions were "Do you baptize involking the name of Jesus?" and "Do you teach speaking in tongues is a sign of Spirit baptism?" even if the majority in the UPC are three steppers, I think they are among the few OPs that are.

Man, I think you're way off on this. Do you have examples of OP groups that believe in salvation at repentance/faith? I don't know of any.

I know of some good Chinese OP brothers that believe you have to be baptized a certain way (face down?) or your baptism is invalid.

So if your baptism is invalid, you weren't really baptized.

We all know that no one is saved unless thy're baptized the right way....

Yes, of course. Jesus died the most horrific death on the cross, shed His blood for our sins, but it only works if we say juuussstt the right words at the moment of baptism.

Good grief.

Soooooooooo, what.....we just all guess at it and hope we're right?

I'm familiar where this argument is going. Been on both sides of it many times

No one can confess Jesus is LORD except by the Spirit.

And furthermore, it's the only consistent way of faith throughout the entirety of scripture.

NOW, I actually think there are many OP orgs that aren't 3-steppers. They are "second blessing" promoters.

Ha. "My son, SOOOOOOOO close."

Your baptism was invoked by a man with a speech impediment, and I'm not sure if you used the magic words. Oh, and your stammering lips didn't quite make it too tongues. SOOOOOOOOOO close. (In my Office Space voice: Yeeaaahhhh....)
