Re: Hangover this morning? Fess up!

No alcohol, was a dog sitter for the night. Have a Maltese who is scared of thunder & lightening and fireworks. So he and I sat and watched (on our 52 inch HD TV) the old year out and the new year in and then the only kiss I got was from him when I started to put him to bed!

Everyone in the house had already gone to bed.

Happy New Year to all of you drinkers and non-drinkers and would have a toast with all of you if I had a glass of wine right now.

Apostolic is defined on AFF as:

  1. There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
  2. The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
  3. Every sinner must repent of their sins.
  4. That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
  5. That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
  6. The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.

Well, Mr. Smith would. I'd have to think about it.

Lol!

Well, you'd be in a better position to comment on mind-altering drugs, than I.

Hey hlihl! First post eh? Welcome to the forum!

I'll take the blame for starting a provocative thread. The forum is Pentecostal/Apostolic indeed, and though we have some fun and kid around a bit, you will likely find many a kindred spirit here.

Welcome aboard!

Yeah, watch your step, hlihl. Hoovie is one of the leaders of this God-forsaken Forum. He frequently visits beaches where all the women wear practically nothing.
