I love that headboard! Jeff is outside building new beds for the kids right now. We bought them all loft beds last summer, and all three of them hate the beds. For one thing, the metal rungs hurt their feet. We put foam around the rungs to help with that, but it doesn't help enough, apparently. Also, the beds are hard to make up because they're really tall. I can't even reach the kids to kiss them goodnight without standing on a ladder.
He's building these from ana-white.com with the corner hutch for the girls and a single storage bed for Jeffrey (in white--not green):

I guess we'll put the loft beds on craigslist.

I, initially, had it painted in a high gloss chocolate brown with my daughter and her husband's initials in gold cursive. The first initial in their last name was in the middle.
Cool beds! I have lots of furniture patterns we will probably never build. LOL!
