Evenunto thinks that women never, in any case, bear any responsibility if they are raped. No matter what they do, it is never their fault. She is as wrong on page 8 as she was on page 1. Personal responsibility matters.

Although, thi sperson also (if memory serves me) posted that 1 in 6 women are rape victims so I guess that shouel tell me just how off base her opinion is.

2011 in Colorado.....classic case n point: Personal responsibility DOES MATTER !!!
A woman ... doing her own "show" and private (unspeakable) acts in front of her UNCOVERD wide open windows....because (as was stated) "this was HER PRIVATE HOME"...
When she caught a man standing at her window "enjoying" the matinee she called the police. The man was arrested for indecent exposure and lewd acts.....a few weeks later this woman was raped in the middle of the night by the same man. The Magistrate simply stated "personal responsibility falls somewhat on the victim in this case" !!!!!! Yes the man got charged with rape.....BUT when the Magistrate made this statement it made lots of woman mad but the smart ones, it hit home. NO, one does not have the right to violate another, but SOME responsibility falls on the victim when the victim puts themselves into a situation that COULD "warrant" such actions!!!!! END of story!!!!
