I heard a Greek Orthodox Priest preach one time -- and I MEAN PREACH. As good as any Pentecostal I've ever heard. I was quite surprised...

I was thinking the same thing. I think he might like both of those churches. I have not been to either one for about 15 years or more but I hear good things.

Well, I am a dummy... for some reason I had you in the immediate Austin area. It seems like I also had you connected as close acquaintance with PressingOn and she is also in the Austin area.... Unless, of course, I am just as wrong about that!!

Good grief!! It was a joke meant to be funny. I chose a denomination as far removed from the UPC as I could think of for the joke.

No worries -- my dad started a home missions church in Giddings TX way long time ago, which is just outside of Austin. She (PO) started attending that church when I was 10 or 12. That's how I know PO.
