I read a book that was a biography (I think it was actually an autobiography) of Andrew Utahans. He received the Holy Ghost as a trinitarian. Later he became oneness. I think it happened a lot.

The baptism in the Holy Spirit is not a denominational phenomenon. The question,
however, is too simplistic because it is linked to the gospel that saves. If you seek
only a "Yes" or "No" answer: it is yes. "God is no respecter of Persons."

Some will say that charismatics received something else. As a teen i read the book Catholic Pentecostalism. There are accounts in that when the Catholics received glossolalia it did nothing more than to confirm and refresh their faith in the RCC.

I disagree they got something else. That's ignorance.

That's from people who think you have to be perfect if you have the Holy Ghost and cannot be wrong on anything.
