LOL!!! You read my mind. When I read his post I thought "WHY??????".
I don't think I have ever heard anyone pining to live in OK unless they were just born and raised there and considered it home.

If someone wants to start a church in a great location, we have three voters that would be interested in moving there....

Not like today... we just had the Persian Gulf thing in 1990... I scored extremely well on my ASVAB though so that pretty much decided what I would do.

I grew up in Oklahoma, Texas and kansas (no cap on purpose). lol. When I got out of the Navy, I guess I could have moved anywhere but had family in Oklahoma and Texas... Houston had more job opportunities than Tulsa so here I am...
We did consider leaving the area competely but we are so happy in our new neighborhood we plan on staying for a decade or so...

Tulsa is a nice town to live in but alot of the oil related jobs have moved to Houston. If you grew up in partly in Tulsa, did you go to church here? I grew up in Ok and moved away and got married and finally talked my wife into moving back to Jenks,ok.

Yes, when we were in town we went to my uncle Earl's church in Sperry... I'm hesitant to even mention that since I believe I have such an "out there" reputation here... and wouldn't want it to reflect negatively on any of my relatives...

Me & My husband were both born here, I was raised here. All of our family is here so we will stay here unless God sends us elsewhere.
