I juice, apple & orange is two of my favourites. I go to our local store & they have them already prepackaged for me in a plastic container!

I've bought fresh squeezed OJ at Whole Foods - very nice on a hot day in summer. There is nothing better than fresh fruit juice.
You can mix some of that in your blender with spinach leaves, to get your greens. Spinach leaves and Kale leaves do really well in a regular blender.
In a Vitamix, you can peel the orange, section it and mix the whole thing - I like that better, as you also get the fiber. Same with an apple.
