He knows HE has work to do. lol He's been working out of town for a while and has another year to go, so he isn't all that motivated on the weekends - unless- there is a gun show.

No, we usually keep a cat around to keep them away from the house.

I'm sure we have snakes around. I try not to go too far away from the house in the evening or at night. That's when they usually are moving around.

I haven't tried it. Where does one get it, or do you bake it yourself?
Yea, a nutty bread and... wut?!
You'd have to check your local stores in the freezer section.
Okay, done on the Internet today. Guess we are now moving outside.
Have a great day on you birthday. It would have been posted, but I see you are not on the AFF calendar.

I like using this recipe for changing up daily. Really enjoying adding ginger. Always use organic products.
Basic Smoothie recipe:
2 cups liquid (coconut water, water, juice of choice, kefir, nettles, milks, etc.)
2 cups greens (rotate: spinach, kelp, romaine, spring mix, asparagus, etc.)
1 cup frozen fruit (berries, mango, bananas, peaches, pineapple, etc.)
1-2 Tablespoon of fat (avocado, coconut oil, cream, ghee, nut butter, etc.)
1/4 cup protein (pastured egg, nuts, seeds, nut butter, sprouts, liver, etc.)
1/4 tsp. herbs or spices (cinnamon, cayenne, turmeric, kelp, ginger, etc.)
1/4 cup of whole food probiotics (kefir, kombucha, yogurt)
Optional: sweetener (honey, maple syrup)
