Re: Would you put up a holiness chart on your webs

Uh oh... there are a few people in the slide show that don't line up to the chart.

Could be trouble.

They get an "employee handbook" and they live that but never truly know God in His fullness.
But no group health benefits and they don't even get direct deposit every Friday... seems kind of a ripoff

Are you saying some of their girls on their website are wearing "Skirt #1" and not "Skirt #2"?

completely understand and agree......but lets say I were to be looking to change churches at least I would know that this church wouldn't be my first choice....as opposed to 99% of the preaching I've heard on the "Doctrine" of seperation and holiness. Leaves room for a wide interpretation. Say it like it is and let people know what you want! This sissy junk seemingly is afraid of losing to much tithe.....

I will not argue that with you. You have a valid point. AS FOR ME AND ANY CHURCH I WOULD PASTOR, WE will NOT have a chart.

Exactly why I was saying I'd appreciate it being posted. At least I know to avoid that church then. Don't have to waste a service sitting there knowing it's never gonna work.

Re: Would you put up a holiness chart on your webs

I went to visit a church here in Phoenix that doesn't have a website, God knows they should and it needs their 'HOLINESS' person posted. We show up and the music is going good and we can hear it from the parking lot and are thinking, "great, cool, a church with music". We get inside and EVERYONE is dressed to the nines. Men in suits, white shirts, subtle ties, etc etc. Women have hair up, dresses (or skirts) to the ankles, sleeves to the wrists, neckline to the chin. EVEN THE KIDS
WELL needless to say we STUCK OUT, WAY OUT. We were not in jeans but we did not have on suits and I think we may have had on short sleeves and my wife, God forbid, she was was in opentoed shoes and her neckline plunged and inch or two down (no goodies showing)
They told people to shake someones hand and greet them in Jesus name. NO ONE came near us. They looked at us but they would not come near us. Then the guest speaker got up and preached. He stood about two pews in front of us looking at us the whole time.

NEVER WENT BACK

=)
