Okay. I’ve found a biography of Benjamin Urshan “as told to Georgia Smelser”.
The author is recorded as Urshan/Smelser. The name: Survivor- the life story of Benjamin Urshan. Georgia Smelser also authored the biography of Andrew Urshan, which as of now I can’t locate.
Anyway, in this biography of Benjamin Urshan (youngest brother to Andrew) he recalls that Andrew was baptized in Jesus’ name in Russia in 1915. Benjamin witnessed the baptism. He says, evidently in reference to the baptism that Andrew “received a deeper revelation of this biblical truth”.
Also, this scene is depicted in Andrew’s biography by the same author. If I recall correctly, it was after Andrew returned to the U.S. from Russia that he was confronted with the “new issue“ of oneness, which, if true would mean it was later than 1915.
There’s always the possibility that my memory is not accurate. I will continue to look for Andrew’s biography to corroborate or correct my memory.
No guarantees.
