Sandwiches

Margie3

My niece showed me how to make a great snack sandwich thing.....

Brown 1 lb. of hamburger and 1 onion together (you can also add green peppers if you'd like. I don't)

Drain this and then add 1 c. of sour cream. Mix that in well, then add about 3/4 c. catsup and mix that in well. Finally throw in a cup or so of grated yellow cheese and mix.

Take a tube of refrigerator biscuits. Flatten each biscuit out real thin. Then put about 1-2 t. of the burger mix and put it in the middle of the biscuit. Fold the biscuit over and seal the edges. Poke a couple of holes in the top for heat to escape.

Bake at 350 until golden brown (about 10-12 minutes). Just before they're done, you can sprinkle a tiny bit more cheese on top if you want.

These are really delicious.

You can also do the same thing only fill them with canned pie filling and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top before you bake them.

Or fill them with pizza sauce/pepperoni/mozzarella cheese.
