Though they are not always in the pulpit, I firmly believe the majority of the so-called "three stepper" church constituencies believe at least some non OP Christians are their brothers and sisters in Christ. This is good news. Just continue to speak up in love.

I think quite a few believe that not every one who has completed the 3 steps of Acts 2:38 is hell bound, but they are afraid to voice it.
(sorta like the emperor has no clothes story)

What I was trying to say, JD, is that maybe there's more at work here than what you've been seeing on the surface. There's been a lot of "blow back" from the way the Pharisaical crowd has been complaining for the past couple of years. A lot of otherwise good men have responded to this by saying some things that strike me as being a bit out of character for them.
