How easy is it to Lose Salvation?

What do you believe?

Eternal Security, or Sinners in the Hands of an Angry God?

If it were a continuum --- and ES is a 1, on the left, and SITHAG is a 10 on the right. I'd say... a 2!

I believe only God knows our hearts and the condition of our souls. But I know sin separates us from God.

Jonathan Edwards believed and taught Unconditional Eternal Security.

I'd rather be a native in the deep dark jungles that has never heard of Jesus than a child of God that is separated from Him by sin.

How easy is it for your son or daughter, (if you have one) to be cast out of your family? I think it's harder to lose your salvation than some preachers and organizations believe it to be.

Cindy, you posted "sin separates us from God" and I believe that. But how many sins, which sins, and how quick does He separate us or cut us off? When does our Advocate stop working for us?

I'm glad I'm not God!

Do you have sin? Do you sin? Today? Last night?

When God looks at us, does he see our sin, or Christ's blood?

Great point.

JE was (over) correcting the ship --- stirring up Christians, similar to what Paul probably did to the Corinthians.
