Let me hear you say it.

Jesus: “If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water.”

James34: She’s living in fornication!!!

Jesus: “Ask me and I will give you eternal life. It’s a gift.”

Can you admit that Jesus said it?

No. You can’t admit it.
You make the assumption that she can receive eternal life while living in fornication, I didn’t hear her ask though.
The message doesn’t change repentance would have been required before salvation would be given. The scripture doesn’t detail that part. But all of the rest of the Bible demands repentance. Why would you think she would be exempt?

What you are proposing is more baptist “easy believing”, but I remember all fornicators would have their part in the lake of fire.

He didn’t say you have been married 5 times lawfully, you are making a connection that the scripture does not.

If one is not married lawfully, they are not married. Jesus validated the marriages as genuine.

Whosoever MARRIES her that hath been put away committed adultery. Even unlawful adulterous marriages were referenced as marrying. Either they were marrying or because as you state ( because it was unlawful) then it was a marriage.
It is however clear that unlawful marriages were considered marriages. Had the marriage not takes place then the adultery could not exist. One definition of Adultery is having someone else’s wife or husband for your own. This is what marriage does, although in this case unlawfully.

Then there is no ongoing state of adultery in a marriage. But thanks for playing. Here's Don Pardo to tell you about some wonderful parting gifts we have for you. Don...

What consummates a marriage?

What consummates divorce? A writ of.... on paper. Why couldn’t it just be no contact between a husband and and a wife.
Also if an unmarried man ( OT) had relations (willingly or forced)with an unmarried woman ( virgin?)
The opportunity or requirement for marriage soon followed, or at least they were not considered married.

Truth is , divorce is honored more than marriage in the hour in which we live.

What consummated fornication?
We know physical relationships don’t consummate marriage , else fornication ( the act before marriage) would have no existence.
