"People who would not even spell the word vote or say it in English put a committed socialist ideologue in the White House...named Barack Hussein Obama," he said.

Yes, that's right. The president is a socialist, his supporters illiterate.

Today, Tancredo stood by his comments. "These people didn't have the slightest idea about what America is all about, about the Constitution," he said. "And they went and voted!"

FTR, I don't think Tancredo's remarks here were especially "racist." They are wrong and without class though. Who are these that "can't speak English" and are illiterate that he accuses of voting in a Presidential election? Very harsh words showing very little faith in the American people. Not exactly Jeffersonian.
I think it was the Comedy Channel that took a reporter and camera out into some inner city and asked who they were voting for and why. They all were voting for Obama, but it was funny when they tried to explain why. Most didn't even know who he was running against!

Agreed!

You don't think I could do the same thing in Rush Limbaugh's favorite city, Rio Linda? Let's get real and be honest with ourselves here. There are a lot of talk radio, bumper sticker conservatives, just as there are people less educated voting for Democrats. Likewise, I could point to intellectuals voting Democrat and intellectuals voting Conservative. It's a moot point IMO.

You'll have to do the research yourself, like I did, to find out. I don't have the time nor the inclination.
Then maybe you should refrain from such acidic language as to call someone an idiot if you can't articulte why?

I'll say whatever I want and you can ignore me. I wouldn't lose sleep over it.

If you had already studied Meghan McCain, you wouldn't be asking my why I called her an idiot anyway. Okay, she is an airhead. That better?

Slightly better

I'm familiar with her. Never "studied" Meghan.

Just thinking, if someone related to Meghan were here. They know how studious she just might be. Her political ideas are different than yours. They hear you call her an idiot. Just wondering... how that might reflect.

You could see that? lol

I didn't realize she was a prominent enough person in the political landscape to "study." I mean, she's the daughter of a U.S. Senator. Any links for resources and additional information about her?

Jeffrey,
Do a Google search of live interviews. LOL! That should be enough.

The View, Fox and Friends, etc.
