Suits are not necessary. A sharp appearance wiothoput a necktie is possible. I believe it is respectful to look sharp and distinguished, but a necktie and two-piece suit is not necessary to achieve that appearance. Anything wrong with it? No. It's just not essential. After a while we can make neckties and suits as much a "robe" of religion as the clerical collar is!

Would you worship if the worship leader wasn't wearing a suit and tie?
Would you get with the preacher if they were wearing a sweater with a zipper?

That bolded part can be true, but on the flip side there are some who have made Church into nothing more than coffee & chit chat around the coffee table.

I don't have any prob with the setup we have now, but the setup we have now was not church in the NT. So your opinions are really moot.
