If that's the best they can do, they really need to step up their game.
I think the big question would be, if that is a CGI Biden? Why represent him in such a fashion? I mean, the actual Biden is just as bad. You think they would turn him back to the 80s Biden skill set. Instead of Uncle "One Foot in the Grave, The Other on a Banana Peel" Biden
