I have to wonder how many found work versus how many just stopped applying for benefits. And is this just new benefits or total benefits? Neither the article nor the graph are really very descriptive.

There isn't a specific "45 policy" that contributes to this.

He has inherited a very stable economy and his reputation as a businessman is giving corporations and other businessmen confidence that they would not have under a President who is not a businessman.

On what evidence do you base this statement? I urge you to point to even one policy of "44" (since you seem fond of using numbers) that helped the economy. Lackluster GDP growth, excessive government spending and record welfare/unemployment benefits was the staple of Obama's presidency. None of that leads to a 'stable economy'.
