Oh my! What an idiot, right PO? How dare he feel that way!

Good to see the DA isn't afraid to go after bad guys wearing blue.

Section 38.03 is asinine.
Thanks for making my point, which I had from the beginning:

Tyler pointed to Section 38.03 of the Texas Penal Code, which states a person cannot resist arrest even if is an unlawful arrest.
2007? Like this happens 20 times a year or something.

And your idiot remark needs to stay where it belongs and in context, this post, which was idiotic of you:

Every time you bring up idiot, I will remind you of this post.

You really like that word. That's okay, keep using it. I've had better people than you call me much worse.

Hilarious.

Which you never did refute. Just whined and moaned about it being stupid and idiotic. It's obvious that post hit a nerve, since you've turned to nothing but childish insults and put-downs since that post.

I used to have respect for you, based mostly on your political posts. Up until you bashed Garner while never knowing him, and then turned to insults in responding to Bro Eastman and myself. I don't care what you call me or how you feel about me, but it's pretty sad you would treat him and others on here that way. Really it's just your m.o. Anyone with whom you disagree and can't find a good argument against, you resort to insults and accusations -- ex claiming JD would gladly kill US citizens; calling Bro. Eastman's posts unintelligent; and repeatedly calling me stupid, an idiot and unintelligent.

Pot meet kettle.

I knew that Garner had a rap sheet - 30 priors. That makes his actions suspect.

Nope. Never claimed someone wanted to kill someone. And with the exception of with JD, whom I apologized to afterwards, I don't recall calling anyone stupid or an idiot. Especially not repeatedly.

Please. The officer involved also had prior complaints against him, yet that didn't make his actions suspect. That's what would be defined as hypocritical -- claiming since Garner had a rap sheet you suspect him; but even though the officer had his own record, you didn't bother questioning his actions.

And you're gaining one with your repeated insults and accusations. I'd rather have mine than yours though. Funny how you assume the worst, when you have no idea the who's or why's of it all.

Except in this case, the shop owners called to have Garner removed from in front of their establishments because he was hindering business by intimidating customers from entering their stores. Eyes are on Garner in this case. He would still be alive if he had not resisted arrest.
