I’m telling ya…Part of the reason I get on this forum is to see what EB comes up with so I can laugh off and on throughout the day

That is exactly why I obeyed Acts 2:38 and got myself out from under the law. Excellent point.

I don’t teach Bible studies. “The worm dieth not” is totally
opposite of what you said.

You are wrong. Job 24:20 The womb shall forget him; the worm shall feed sweetly on him; he shall be no more remembered; and wickedness shall be broken as a tree. What the Bible writers are saying is that maggots consume the corpse, that the wicked are not remembered. Fire and maggots are the destruction which consumes the nephesh, until they are no more. Jesus wasn't speaking that we would be literally cripples in the after life. That John the Baptist is walking around Abraham's Bosom with his head tucked under his arm. Or Eliezer/Lazarus was still scraping his puss filled sores while he was cradled in Abraham's Bosom.

As many times as I've read Job, I didn't really see that verse. Amazing.

That debunks what Jesus said? Fire never quenched and their worm cannot die? You need not tell us what you think Jesus must’ve meant. He needed no interpreter.

What do you mean, got yourself out from under the law?
