The Key to Revival

Frank Bartleman was a preacher that was very involved in the Azuza Street revival. He wrote that in 1905 God gave him the following key to revival.

God told him that “The depth of revival will be determined exactly by the depth of repentance, and this will obtain for all people at all times".

I would love to know. I heard it was a huge revival. Honestly I don't even know who hosted it. Or maybe it was in Brownsville. Not sure. But seems like it was only a couple of years ago.

I think you are correct that it was Brownsville. I also think that it was AOG. In those situations the hardest thing for God to break through is tradition.

Tradition is very hard to break in ALL religions.

Exactly! My point is that even though they were having a move of God it is very hard for a church (any church) to move beyond what they already believe.
