Is this a Joke or what?

Received this in my e-mail this morningoes Anybody know who this guy is?

The word of the Lord to the Laodicean leadership of the United Pentecostal Church International:

The stench of your sin has arose into the nostrils of Jesus, our Great God and Savior. You who have masqueraded as shepherds, but really are ravening wolves that prey upon the flock of God for your own profit, are called into account.
Woe unto you who have traded Christ's command of self-crucifixion for Satan's whisper of self-indulgence. You are guilty of the sin of Eve and have eaten the forbidden fruit!
Woe unto you who have heeded the Babylon song to lie in the harlot's lap of politics to gain her luxuries of position and recognition of man. You are guilty of the sin of Sampson! Your hair, your strength is shorn, and you are now blind.
Woe unto you who have chosen to govern God's people through board and business meetings, committees, and financial accounting. You have disregarded the heavenly authority of God's Word and a people who pray. You are guilty of the sin of the merchants! You have made the house of God a den of thieves.
Woe unto you who have tolerated that Jezebel to rule the house and church, instead of commanding her to silence. You are guilty of the sin of cowardice, Ahab! Those women, even your wives, have become fat cows of Bashan who refuse to wash the feet of the saints. Rather, they lounge on couches of ease and demand more, more! Though she be called "First Lady", in judgement, she shall be last.
Woe unto you who refuse to "humble" yourself to acknowledge the example of Christ to drink wine and grow your beard. Your self-righteousness is revealed by your refusal to remove the haughtiness of your fine suits, fancy shoes, ties and well-set hair to show the world a humble Christ. You are guilty of the sin of the Pharisees! You have strained out a meaningless gnat, but have swallowed the camel of the pride of life. Your bare face is a sign of your shame!

Woe unto you who call yourselves ministers but treat those you are supposed to serve as slaves. You have lorded your authority over the saints and are guilty of the sin of the Gentiles!
Woe unto you who have amassed fine houses, lands, fine clothes, fine transportation, investments... all earthly wealth beyond the bread of today that God has provided. You live above those you are to serve! You, who are to be an example of selling everything to meet the needs of your poor brothers and sisters, are now guilty of the sin of Judas! You have traded the truth for silver, therefore, you cannot say with authority "...in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk". You no longer understand that you must first be able to confess, "silver and gold have I none...".
Woe unto you who exact a tithe of my people. Whom I have set free to give cheerfully, you have enslaved to the old law, anew. You hypocrites! The old law that you wield shall be the same law by which you shall be judged. You are guilty of the sin of Gehazi! Taking advantage of the joyous souls who have met the God of Israel, you have greedily ran after to demand payment, when Christ has cleansed for free.

Woe unto you who proclaim yourselves preachers of righteousness, yet, aid the people in the practices of Baal, of the calves. Instead of separating the people from the love of wealth and decoration, you say, "With this ring, I thee wed", and pridefully join the hand of the bride of Christ to the customs of the gods of idols. You are guilty of the sin of Aaron!

Woe unto you who refuse to boldly declare righteousness in the midst of the wickedness around you. For your silence, you are guilty of the sin of Eli!
Woe unto you who continue to carry the glory of God the wrong way - stubbornly ignoring the cry of apostle and prophet by your smug elections. You mock the simplicity of the gospel being carried by men called and annointed by God. Placing the gospel on the mechanized ox-cart of man's political organization has caused a shaking. You are now guilty of the sin of Uzzah! Stretching forth your hand, you have mishandled the glory of God. You now call the divine, heavenly, spirit conceived flesh of Jesus earthly, human.
Woe unto you who deceive the people with lies and earthly doctrines of men concerning the flesh and blood of our Savior. Loving the profit of your positions more than truth, you have chosen to proclaim a Christ that is earthly, corruptible, sinful in nature, and mortal like unto you. You are guilty of the sin of Baalam and deny the very Lord who bought you!
Woe unto you who continue to lead the grumbling in Israel concerning the flesh, the bread, the Word from heaven. As in the days of the wilderness wander, you are guilty of Israel's great sin! Serpents are among you biting with venom of sickness and debauchery. Confess that the Son of Man came from heaven, or you will die in your sins.

A great divide of separation has come among God's people in the earth, even the UPCI. Separate yourselves from the rebellious sons of Korah, those who mock God's annointed and disdain God's Word, or be swallowed up by their wickedness. He that has an ear to hear, let him hear what the Spirit is saying to the churches.

I, Russell Heibner, have written this to you in obedience to Jesus Christ - Is. 58:1-2.

At least he's right about the tithe part.

Russell Heibner speaks at the Apostolic Life Campus Ministry Bible Discussion

Chris Swims, a freshman in business, and Justin Walker, a senior in journalism, take a moment to pray in Bible study Tuesday night in Browne Auditorium. Bible study takes place in Browne Auditorium every Tuesday night at 7 p.m. and is open to the public.

After undergoing an accident that changed his life, Russell Heibner relies on his religious faith to lead a fulfilling life.

Heibner was once a "typical" student who played intramural sports in his free time and attended John A. Logan Community College in hopes of becoming a doctor someday. He never imagined how drastically his life would change in an instant.

Due to a swimming pool accident in 1997, Heibner is now a paraplegic unable to walk or do many of the everyday things he had always done effortlessly. He now hopes to help people not as a doctor but as a Pentecostal missionary.

Heibner spoke at the Apostolic Life Campus Ministry Bible study Tuesday night in Browne Auditorium with a small audience in attendance. The discussion was a Bible study and worship session welcome to all of the community.

The pastor, Chuck Fritcher, along with his wife, Dianne, a math office manager at SIUC, conduct the weekly services. The Bible study takes place at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the auditorium. This is the second year for the Bible services, and Fritcher said he hopes to see more students in attendance.

"We also hope to see international students attend so that they can take God's word back to their own countries," Fritcher said.

The group also offers Bible studies on Mondays and Fridays from 4:30 through 6 p.m. on the second floor of the Student Center. The meeting room varies from week to week.

The meeting began with an opening prayer as the attendants prayed out loud together. The group continued with hymns and personal testimonies.

Mitch Wellman, a freshman in elementary education, spoke about his decision to become a part of the Pentecostal ministry. He said he is learning to fast, preach and study with the help of other Pentecostals.

After several others related aspects of the religion to their lives, Heibner presented a short Bible study to the group. He spoke of the power of prayer and the importance of praying. Following the reading of several verses from the Bible, he encouraged college students to pray regularly.

"Our generation is very busy," Heibner said. "We do everything but pray."

Russell's mom, Patricia Heibner, was also in attendance. She said she and her son try to attend each weekly meeting.

The event concluded with a group prayer and more singing and the pastor encouraging everyone to have faith in the power of healing and prayer.

"Russell sits in a wheelchair and still has faith that God heals," Fritcher said.

whether we believe, or can receive, this particular witness as true, do we ever think this kind of thing will happen within the framework of the whole assembly?

I am hesitant to consider that God sees the UPCI, as men see the UPCI.

In general, do AFF posters believe that God still speaks in sweeping general "atmosphere" problems (void of specific players) or are his counsels, reproofs and corrections now delivered to the specific hearts of those involved in such error by his spirit that dwells within each of us?

Though I am not saying he IS a prophet I can see merit in what he said. I imagine most thought Isaiah, Jeremiah, and the rest were bitter.
