Leader of the "Lakeland Outpouring," Todd Bentley, was
commissioned by C Peter Wagner and cronies from his
International Coalition of Apostles (ICA) on June 23, 2008. Their service gave Bentley many "prophetic" accolades, which foretold of a long and God-ordained future for his ministry. Then a few short weeks later, Bentley was caught in an unhealthy emotional relationshipwith a female staff member. Talk about discernment! Anyway, Wagner’s ICA claims to be "apostolic." Are they?
