After a few weeks of Spring/Summer weather, Winter has made a comeback.

A brisk Saturday morning here in North Texas with temps in the mid-30's, feels like 26
degrees with 23-33 winds. Has been up in the 70's and 80's.
I wonder if we are getting an early "cold snap" as Momma used to call it! But it
seemed it was a little closer to Easter Sunday. Remember when we would have our
new Easter dresses, made for spring and summer and then wake up on Easter morning,
needing a coat or light wrap. My, I hated to cover up my new dress with a coat or
whatever! Anyone else have memories of the "cold snap" that usually came right at
Easter weekend!
We've got the cold but the snow and freezing rain went south.
What a week! Tornado whistle blowing Mon at supper time.(the next days news said 5 to 8 documented tornados, mainly rural damage )
And yes, I remember cold Easters, but since this was the north, a new spring coat or suit was part of the outfit....and of course an easter bonnet!

Oh hush up!!!! I'm about o freeze my behind off. We have about 5-6 inches of snow and then we have sleet on top of that. It is about in the 20's. The wind the howling across the plains this afternoon.
