Just got word that Bro Lester Thompson has passed away....
Pastored in Wisconsin for over 60 years...
GREAT MAN!
Loss for the kingdom.....gain for the pearly gates.

Bro. Thompson was a great man. Preached for him before many years ago! A real Christian for sure!

He was my pastor from the time I started going to Bethel Tabernacle in Racine, WI in late 1955 until I left to go to ABI in September 1956.

I received the Holy Ghost Baptism at Bethel Tabernacle on Pentecost Sunday (May 20) 1956
