Retirement ? on 403b roth

I'm sure some folks here are in the know here

What is the advantage of having a 403B before taxes and a 403b roth after taxes. I got the jist of it but wanted some input from those in the know.

I'm 39 and make about 2,500,000 /year, so how can I build by retirement?

OK not over 2million. lol But still a serious question.

I have to mow the yard. I will try to answer back later in the day. You could probably google it and find a lot of information. Basically the roth contributions can't be deducted against your taxable income but when you retire you won't be paying taxes on the income that you draw out.
