Wisdom From a GPS Unit!
I got a GPS unit for my car for Christmas last year. It's a great way to find direction to your chosen destination.
If you happen to not pay attention and miss a turn, a woman's voice says "Recalculating"! In a few seconds the GPS figures out where you are are gives you new directions to your destination.
It does not say, "You Idiot! Why didn't you do exactly what I was telling you!", or "Have you lost your mind? Do you think you can arrive at your destination without my help?".
Instead it says, "Recalculating". There is no blame or harsh words. You made a mistake, so let's figure out where you are. Then let's find out how to reach your chosen destination from there!
Don't you wish we all had the wisdom of a GPS unit?
