Apostolic Standards

My daughter is in Public school and I would like to know where I could find something like an Apostolic Bylaws to show the school that she has rights to wear her skirt during PE and she has a right to wear a skirt and still tryout for sports. We as Apostolics know our starndards but the world doesnt understand. HELP PLS!
