Only saw one minute of it so far, but in that minute the video said if
Acts 2:38 was the only verse in the bible, then it would be true that one needs to repent, be baptized in Jesus' name and receive the Holy Ghost to be saved. That is an odd statement to make. lol In other words it sounds like he said that since other verses speak of how to be saved, then
Acts 2:L38 is somehow not saying how to be saved. In other words,
Acts 2:38 is somehow wrong since there are other scriptures in the bible.
If the guy believed
Acts 2:38 is not the plan of salvation, he should have said it is not the plan of salvation. But he did not say that. He said if that verse was the only verse about salvation then we would be right.
Also the video was implying a strawman. It said we believe baptism should be in the name of Jesus, not the name of the Father, Son and Holy Ghost. We believe Jesus IS the name of the Father, Son and Holy ghost. Quite a difference!
