Is anyone left to get in?

We have seen a number of people take their name out of the running for the presidency over the last few days. We have seen some get in. Do you think that there are any left who have not gotten into the race yet or not? Who are they and do they have a chance? Do you think that any of the current field have a chance, and which are DOA?
