When you have had 1 on 1 contact with them and their family and cannot go to the service, it is the next best thing to being there.

I don't do funerals unless I'm obligated (for instance, I had two grandfathers die within a year of each other, the latest last June), so it's strange to me to watch it online.

I can't watch funerals. I'd be crying even if I didn't know the person.

I'd find it somewhat morbid, to view a funeral of someone I did not know, or know them well. IMOP

It was a wonderful service. Its close to the end now if not over.

I was a little disappointed to hear so many references to how bad the newer worship songs are, those that have made bad choices, the predicament the org. is in, the insinuation of letting down of certain things.

Overall everyone did a great job.
