Obamacare doomed !
Here is the deal, the congress removed a clause called severability from this bill, meaning if they find one thing wrong with it, they cant save the rest, by letter of the law, if they had left that clause in, you could throw out the mandate to pay or be fined and keep the rest of it, i suspect this will go down by a 7 to 2 vote ,which probably blows the Mass. version of the healthcare bill out too ,as it should.
